Advocates & Legal Advisers
If you need the legal assistance in Poland you should contact English-speaking professional Polish lawyer.
There are two main legal professions in Poland which provide legal assitance – advocate (‘adwokat’) and legal adviser – attorney-at-law (‘radca prawny’).
The scope of the legal assistance is the same in case of advocate and legal adviser/attorney-at-law (the only difference is that legal adviser is allowed to provide legal assistance as the employee, which is forbidden in case of advocates).
The advocates and legal advisers in Poland provide the legal assistance which consists in:
- giving the legal advice or consultation;
- preparing the legal opinions;
- drawing up the drafts of the legal acts;
- representing the client in proceedings before authorities, as well as civil and criminal courts.
