

Repository of financial documents
Repository of financial documents is an electronic archive of the financial reports and other documents referred to in art. 69 of the Polish Act of 29 September 1994 on accounting .
It was introduced in 2018 and is maintained by the Ministry of Justice.
The following documents must be submitted to this repository:
- the annual financial report;
- the report on the audit of the annual financial report (if it was audited);
- the resolution or decision on approval of the annual financial report
- the resolution or decision of the approval body on the distribution of the profit or the loss coverage;
- the report on operations (if required).
Submission of the documents to the repository
The annual report (and other documents) may be submitted to this repository only via web app available at this link:
https://ekrs.ms.gov.pl/rdf/rd/
The financial documents may be submitted to this repository only by persons indicated by Act on National Court Register (e.g. by member of the Management Board having PESEL number registered in the National Court Register).
Starting from 1 April 2019 the notification of the annual financial report application may be also made by the advocate, legal adviser or foreign lawyer whose details were provided to the Supreme Bar Council and the National Council of Legal Advisers to courts and the Minister of Justice via the ICT system, if this system discloses their PESEL number and they are authorized to make these notifications.

To find and view the financial documents of a given entity one needs to enter the KRS number of this entity (it is number of the entity in the Polish National Court Register) and browse the results.
